Andrew Gunther

Andrew Gunther works with public and private technology companies at all stages of growth, from incorporation to exit. His practice focuses on forming, funding, buying and selling companies in rapid-growth industries. He has worked on a diverse range of critical transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and venture capital financings.

Before joining Cooley, Andrew was an associate in the corporate group of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati in New York and Washington, DC. While at George Washington University Law School, he was a member of The George Washington Law Review. During law school, Andrew interned at the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC.
