About Andrew

Andrew represents technology companies, financial institutions, accounting firms and other businesses in class actions and other high-stakes disputes. Drawing on a background in economics, he brings a quantitative, business-focused approach to litigation.

Andrew has won cases at every stage – winning motions to dismiss, defeating class certification, obtaining summary judgment and prevailing at trial. He has worked on cases involving alleged securities fraud, commodities manipulation, price-fixing, breach of contract, veil-piercing and patent infringement. Andrew also represents companies and accounting firms in sensitive regulatory matters, including proceedings involving the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the US Department of Justice and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB).

Before law school, Andrew was an economic analyst at the New York State Office of the Attorney General, where he developed models to assess the impact of alleged unlawful conduct and proposed mergers for the Investor Protection Bureau, Antitrust Bureau and Health Care Bureau.

Andrew maintains an active pro bono practice and has received several awards for that work.
