About Andrea
Andrea Perryman is Cooley’s director of lateral recruitment and strategic growth. She works with firm leadership to devise and implement the strategy, processes and protocols for lateral partner recruiting, hiring and integration.
Andrea has been with the firm for 20+ years and has held various management positions in recruiting, administration and human resources. She is a member of the Mile High Chapter Association of Legal Administrators (MHALA) and The Association of Law Schools & Legal Employers (NALP).
