Amy Collins

Amy Collins is Special Counsel in the Cooley Technology Transactions Group and is resident in Cooley's London office.  She joined in Cooley in 2015. Amy advises on a wide range of general commercial and non-contentious technology matters for clients in a range of sectors including technology, media and telecommunications, financial services and insurance.

Her primary focus is on technology-related transactions including the outsourcing and procurement of technology products and complex services, software development and licensing, internet and mobile business arrangements, e-commerce issues, consumer protection, data protection and privacy. Amy also advises on the commercial and intellectual property aspects of M&A transactions, with a particular focus on those involving businesses in the technology, media and telecommunication sectors.
