About Amelia

Amelia advises private and public companies through various stages of the business life cycle in matters such as formations, financings, corporate governance, M&A and public offerings.

At Boston University School of Law, Amelia served as a student advocate in the BU/MIT Student Innovations Law Clinic, assisting student innovators at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Boston University with privacy, security and health matters. In her second year, she interned for Associate Justice Dalila Argaez Wendlandt of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Amelia enjoyed mentoring new law students in her role as a fellow in the first-year lawyering program and through the leadership positions she held in the Women’s Law Association and the Business Law Society.

Before law school, Amelia worked on the legal team at a nutrition startup.
