About Amber

Amber advises clients on legal and regulatory issues arising from the development, use and commercialisation of technology. Her practice spans commercial contracts, intellectual property, privacy and data protection, and the regulation of emerging technologies. Amber has experience drafting complex agreements and supporting on technology-related transactions. She has a particular interest in artificial intelligence (AI), connected devices and digital health solutions.

During her training contract, Amber obtained experience in the firm’s corporate, business litigation, and product compliance and liability teams. She helped advise on private financings and M&A transactions, commercial disputes, product regulatory compliance and international recalls.

Through her LLM work, Amber developed a strong interest in regulating novel technologies, and how they interplay with individual privacy rights.
