Amarantha Zaniker-Gomez

Amarantha focuses on mergers and acquisitions, representing strategic and financial buyers and sellers in public and private transactions across industries. Her experience includes advising on mergers, asset sales and purchases and other complex business transactions, as well as corporate governance matters and venture capital financings.

Amarantha also maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration matters, representing individuals seeking asylum and providing legal services to refugees.

Amarantha served as an articles editor for the Northwestern University Law Review. While in law school, she was a judicial extern for Judge Matthew F. Kennelly of the US District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
