About Amanda
Amanda Williams focuses her practice on transactional and land use/zoning matters in Northern Virginia. She represents major developers and national, regional and local companies in all areas of land use, including office, retail, industrial, mixed-use, residential and large planned community projects. She also counsels clients at all stages of the land planning, zoning and development process, including comprehensive plan amendments and zoning approvals.
While attending University of Richmond School of Law, she was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as an articles and comments editor for the University of Richmond Law Review. She served as vice chancellor of the McNeill Law Honor Society and was also a member of the Client Counseling and Negotiation Board and the Honor Council. Amanda also served as a law clerk at Central Virginia Legal Aid Society.
