About Amanda
Amanda's practice focuses on advising public and private clients on domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, tax-free reorganizations, and debt and equity financings. Amanda regularly advises life sciences clients on the tax aspects of licensing, collaboration, acquisitions, divestitures and profit-sharing arrangements.
While at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, Amanda was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as an extern in the large business and international division of the Internal Revenue Service's Office of Chief Counsel.
