Amalia Jaeck

Amalia advises private and public companies at all stages of growth on transactional matters, including venture capital financings, M&A, capital markets, US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, and corporate governance.

Before law school, Amalia was a commercial property underwriter at AIG. While in law school, she was a legal intern with the Houston Texans and the Los Angeles Clippers.
