Alyssa Broer
About Alyssa
Alyssa focuses her labor and employment practice on representing employers in all aspects of employment law. She litigates complex employment issues, including wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, retaliation and claims under the California Private Attorneys General Act. Alyssa also counsels employers on matters ranging from day-to-day employment issues to high stakes and complex concerns. Alyssa also drafts employment policies, agreements, contracts, compensation, termination and other critical employment documents.
In addition to her labor and employment work, Alyssa maintains an active pro bono practice. Among other things, she represents asylum applicants seeking refuge in the US.
Before joining Cooley, Alyssa began her practice as a commercial litigator in Los Angeles and as an employment litigator in San Diego.
