Ally Ni

Ally advises private and public companies at all stages of growth on corporate matters.

At Columbia Law School, she externed with the Center for Appellate Litigation, drafting stays pending appeals and conducting research for matters before the New York Court of Appeals. She also interned at Mighty, a legal tech company focused on bringing greater transparency to the personal injury industry through software-driven solutions.

Before law school, Ally was a paralegal at S&P Dow Jones Indices.
