Allison Pang

Allison represents private companies, from formation through exit, and public companies in a range of corporate and securities matters. She works closely with clients through the full company life cycle, including life sciences, healthcare and technology clients.

While at UC Hastings College of the Law, Allison served as an editor for the Hastings Law Journal. She also served as a judicial extern for Senior District Judge Charles R. Breyer of the US District Court for the Northern District of California. Before law school, she worked at a tech startup in San Francisco.
