Allie Pilmer

Allie focuses her practice on general corporate matters, representing private and public companies, as well as investors and underwriters. Her practice covers a variety of transactional matters – including public offerings, mergers & acquisitions, Securities and Exchange Commission reporting compliance, and corporate governance.

During law school, Allie served as a notes and comments editor for the UC Irvine Law Review. She also played on her law school’s intramural soccer team, which made it to the championship two years in a row.
