About Alison

Alison advises companies throughout the business life cycle, including formation, financings, corporate governance, M&A and public offerings.

At Boston University School of Law, Alison was a staff editor for the Public Interest Law Journal, a fellow in the first-year lawyering program, and a research and teaching assistant.

Before law school, Alison taught high school mathematics in Boston Public Schools and worked at a private company specializing in computational technology.
