Alice Wu

Alice advises emerging growth companies, public companies and venture capital funds. She represents her clients throughout the business life cycle in general corporate and securities law matters, including corporate governance, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance.

During law school, Alice served as a student attorney in the Start-Up Ventures Clinic and as co-president of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Before law school, she worked as an executive recruiter for Silicon Valley-based technology companies and venture capital firms.
