Alice Wong

Alice has experience working with a range of public and private companies in the UK, the US and internationally to assist with their employee incentive arrangements in both transactional and advisory contexts. She has also helped companies with the implementation and operation of incentive plans, including tax-advantaged share schemes.

Before joining Cooley as a trainee with the capital markets, products, compensation and benefits, and commercial litigation teams, Alice completed her Legal Practice Course at The University of Law.
