About Alexandria
Allie represents employers in high-stakes disputes involving employee departures, restrictive covenants and trade secrets. She also defends employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters.
Before joining Cooley, Allie clerked for Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York and Judge Paul B. Matey of the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Allie graduated with honors from the University of Chicago Law School, where she served on the University of Chicago Law Review. Before law school, Allie graduated with highest honors from the University of Virginia, where she helped lead her mock trial team to the American Mock Trial Association’s 2017 National Championship and was honored as a three-time All-American Attorney.
Allie previously practiced as a litigation associate at a prominent US law firm and a New York-based litigation boutique, where she represented clients in a range of complex commercial litigation matters.
