Alexandra’s practice focuses primarily on the life sciences sector, advising biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical technology companies in a wide range of transactions, many of which have a significant international element.

Alexandra focuses in particular on commercial matters and intellectual property-based transactions including materials transfer agreements, research and collaboration agreements, and distribution agreements.
