Alexander Gefter has represented investment banks, issuers and private equity firms on a variety of capital markets and corporate transactions, including initial public offerings and other equity offerings, high-yield, investment-grade and convertible debt offerings and acquisition financings, as well as exchange offers and other liability management transactions. Alexander also counsels public companies with respect to general corporate and securities matters, including SEC reporting obligations and corporate governance.
