Alexander Fullman

Alex represents venture capital firms, growth equity firms and emerging growth companies, in a diverse range of critical transactions, from formation through funding and liquidity events. He also provides clients with day-to-day advice on corporate governance matters, strategic transactions and general legal issues.

Before joining Cooley, Alex was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group at an international law firm in New York.
