Alexander Fullman

Alex Fullman represents emerging growth companies and investors in a diverse range of critical transactions, from formation through funding and liquidity events. He also provides clients with day-to-day advice on corporate governance matters, strategic transactions and general legal issues.

Prior to joining Cooley, Alex was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP in New York.
