Alex represents private companies at all stages of their life cycles, as well as venture capital funds. He regularly advises clients on general corporate and private financing matters, with a focus on the life sciences and technology spaces.

Before joining Cooley, Alex was an associate in the corporate group of a US-based international law firm.
