About Alan
Alan heads Cooley’s Seattle corporate practice. He brings nearly 20 years of experience advising high-growth companies throughout their life cycles, from formation to exit, across a range of industries, including life sciences, software, ecommerce, real estate, fintech, space technology and clean technology. Alan guides these companies on matters spanning corporate securities, private financings, M&A, public offerings, corporate governance and general counseling.
