Aidan leads business development initiatives in Boston, connecting founders and investors with counsel who will support them from incorporation through scale. In her role, she cultivates partnerships and develops creative engagement strategies that strengthen the firm's visibility while generating high-quality leads across multiple practice areas. 

Having managed the Techstars Boston Accelerator, she brings a rare founder-first lens to business development, one grounded in the realities of building from zero to one. Her experience working alongside venture investors gives her a deep understanding of the critical inflection points that define high-growth companies. 

A recognized super-connector in the innovation community, Aidan also founded VC Village, an investor-only networking group dedicated to deepening relationships and fostering collaboration across the US venture community.
