
About Adhya
Adhya is an associate in the commercial litigation and arbitration practice group in Cooley’s London office. She advises clients on a range of commercial disputes and is particularly experienced in arbitration and court proceedings.
Adhya’s recent representative experience includes:
- Representing a core participant in the Grenfell Tower fire-related litigation and alternative dispute resolution process
- Working on several commercial arbitration proceedings administered under various institutional rules, including the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce Arbitration Institute (SCC) and the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law (UNCITRAL)
- Advising on a shareholder dispute involving a large multinational construction company
Before joining Cooley, Adhya spent four years as in-house counsel at General Electric Renewable Energy (now GE Vernova), where she assisted with managing and resolving disputes involving the company’s portfolio of energy businesses.
