Adam Silow
About Adam
Adam represents and advises clients on cross-border regulatory matters, investigations and complex commercial litigation. He has experience with matters involving artificial intelligence (AI), cybersecurity, data privacy, economic sanctions, and import and export controls. His pro bono work spans individual and class action representation in federal and state courts, as well as international human rights advocacy.
Before joining Cooley, Adam clerked for Judge William F. Kuntz II of the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He also worked as an associate in the New York office of an international law firm.
During law school, Adam interned with the US Senate Committee on Foreign Relations and the US Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
