Adam advises public and private companies at all stages and the investors that back them on a range of corporate matters, including formation, venture capital financing, M&A, reporting obligations and corporate governance.
While attending the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, Adam participated in the Startup Company Legal Practicum. He also worked as a research assistant for professor Paolo Saguato, researching novel issues in corporate governance and financial regulation as applied to securities exchanges, commodities exchanges and clearing houses. Additionally, Adam served as notes editor of the George Mason Law Review and was a member of the Business Law Society and the law school softball team. While studying abroad in Lisbon, Portugal, he took the course National Security and Separation of Powers taught by US Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch.
