Adam Bloom

Adam’s practice focuses on general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on representing emerging growth companies in a range of transactions, including entity formation, organization and governance matters, strategy, private financings, M&A and public offerings. He also represents investors in an array of venture capital financings and other matters.

Adam was the Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory Law Journal. He also was the NCAA’s first-year letter winner in swimming.
