Aaron Sokoloff

Aaron is advancing Cooley’s use of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), to enhance the quality and efficiency of its legal services across all practice areas. He also leads resource development for Cooley’s private companies practice group.

Before joining Cooley, Aaron practiced corporate law for more than a decade, representing startups, VCs and a variety of other companies and investors.
