San Diego – September 17, 2026 – Cooley advised Beta Bionics (Nasdaq: BBNX), a pioneering leader in the development of advanced diabetes management solutions, on its $172.5 million underwritten public offering of common stock and pre-funded warrants. Beta Bionics issued and sold 7,652,175 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $17.25 per share and, in lieu of shares of common stock to certain investors, pre-funded warrants to purchase 1,043,484 shares of common stock at a purchase price of $17.2499 per share, which equals the public offering price per share of the common stock less the $0.0001 exercise price per share of each pre-funded warrant.
