Erasca Announces Upsized $632.5 Million Public Offering of Common Stock
San Francisco – July 15, 2026 – Cooley advised the underwriters of Erasca (Nasdaq: ERAS), a clinical-stage precision oncology company singularly focused on discovering, developing, and commercializing therapies for patients with RAS/MAPK pathway-driven cancers, in connection with Erasca’s upsized $632.5 million public offering. Erasca issued and sold 36,142,857 shares of its common stock priced at a public offering price of $17.50 per share, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase 4,714,285 additional shares of its common stock. J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, and Evercore ISI acted as joint book-running managers for the offering.
