New York – May 21, 2026 – Jon Brose has joined Cooley as a partner in the firm’s tax practice in New York, further strengthening the firm’s tax capabilities for its fund clients.

Brose brings deep experience advising investment funds and their sponsors on the tax aspects of fund formation and ongoing operations.
