Armadin Secures $189.9 Million in Seed and Series A
Reston – March 10, 2026 – Cooley advised Armadin, an artificial intelligence-native cybersecurity company focused on building the ultimate attacker, on its industry record $189.9 million in Seed and Series A funding, marking the largest combined Seed and Series A funding round in cybersecurity history. Accel led the funding round, with additional participation from Google Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Menlo Ventures and In-Q-Tel, and follow-on investment from 8VC and Ballistic Ventures.
Lawyers Mike Lincoln, Eddie Sniezek and Tyler Day led the Cooley team advising Armadin.
Cooley previously advised Armadin’s CEO Kevin Mandia on transactions throughout the life cycle of Mandiant, including Mandiant’s $1 billion acquisition by FireEye in 2014.
