ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals Announces HK$350.9 Million Placement of New Shares
Shanghai – October 16, 2025 – Cooley advised ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals, a clinical-stage biotechnology company dedicated to the development of immuno-oncology therapies, on its HK$350.9 million placement of new shares under general mandate. ImmuneOnco Biopharmaceuticals placed 24,200,000 new H shares priced at HK$14.50 per share. UBS AG Hong Kong Branch acted as the sole overall coordinator, placing agent and capital market intermediary for the placement.

Cooley previously advised ImmuneOnco on its HK$319 million initial public offering in September 2023 and HK$234 million H share placement in November 2024.
