PhysicsX Raises $135 Million
Series B

London – June 23, 2025 – Cooley advised PhysicsX, a London-headquartered company accelerating industrial innovation with artificial intelligence, on its $135 million Series B financing. The round was led by Atomico, with participation from Temasek, Siemens, Applied Materials and July Fund and continued support from existing investors including General Catalyst, NGP Energy Capital, Radius Capital Ventures, Standard Investments and Allen & Company.

Lawyers Aaron Archer, Charles Baker, Chris Chynoweth, Ondrej Hajda and Leo Spicer-Phelps led the interdisciplinary Cooley team advising PhysicsX, with support from Kevin King and Rebecca Ross.
