Etsy Announces $700 Million Convertible Senior Notes Offering
San Francisco – June 16, 2025 – Cooley advised J.P. Morgan and the other initial purchasers in connection with Etsy’s offering of $700 million aggregate principal amount of 1% convertible senior notes due 2030 in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. The offering included the exercise in full of the initial purchasers’ option to purchase an additional $50 million aggregate principal amount of notes.
