James Kim Discusses Move to Cooley
Cooley partner James Kim was featured in interviews with Law.com and Law360 about his lateral move to Cooley as a financial services enforcement and regulatory partner in the New York office.
In his interview with Law.com, Kim discussed his client base, his practice and why he joined Cooley. Previously, Kim served as head of Troutman Pepper Locke’s financial technology advisory group and was one of the first enforcement lawyers at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
