Cooley CEO Rachel Proffitt Honored by Bloomberg

San Francisco – May 15, 2025 – Rachel Proffitt, Cooley CEO and partner, has been recognized on Bloomberg Businessweek’s 2025 list of Tech Ones to Watch. Proffitt is among just ten tech leaders being honored by Bloomberg this year – and the only attorney to ever be recognized in this award series.

In its profile, Bloomberg noted Proffitt’s work to prepare the firm for the impact of artificial intelligence tools, which can undertake tasks that serve firm clients and business needs alike.
