Breton Technology Announces HK$234 Million IPO

Beijing – May 7, 2025 – Cooley advised Breton Technology, an electric-powered engineering machinery provider based in China, on its HK$234 million global initial public offering (IPO).

Breton Technology offered 13,000,000 H shares globally, priced at HK$18 per share, and began trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code 1333 on May 7, 2025.

China International Capital Corporation and China Merchants Bank International served as the joint sponsors, overall coordinators, joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the global offering. Other underwriters for the offering included China Construction Bank International Holdings, China Galaxy International Holdings, Citrus Securities, TradeGo Markets and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank International Holdings.
