Zenergy Announces HK$1 Billion IPO

Hong Kong – April 14, 2025 – Cooley advised the sponsors and underwriters of Jiangsu Zenergy Battery Technologies Group (Zenergy) – a lithium-ion battery manufacturer focusing on the research and development, production and sales of electric vehicle battery products, electrochemical energy storage battery products and aviation battery products – in connection with Zenergy’s HK$1 billion global initial public offering (IPO).

Zenergy offered 121,523,700 H shares (subject to the over-allotment option), comprising 12,152,400 Hong Kong Offer Shares and 109,371,300 International Offer Shares, priced at HK$8.27 per H share. The company began trading on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange under the stock code 3677 on April 14, 2025.

China International Capital Corporation (CICC) and China Merchants Bank International (CMBI) served as the joint sponsors, joint representatives, overall coordinators, joint global coordinators, joint bookrunners and joint lead managers for the global offering.
