Baya Systems Raises $36 Million Series B
Palo Alto – January 23, 2025 – Cooley advised Baya Systems, a leader in system intellectual property (IP) technology that is revolutionizing artificial intelligence scaling and semiconductor design, on its $36 million Series B. The round was led by Maverick Silicon, with participation from Synopsys and current investors including Matrix Partners and Intel Capital. The funding will support operational growth, accelerating the development and deployment of the company’s software-driven system IP technology portfolio for system-on-chip designs and the emerging chiplet economy.
Lawyers Mark Medearis, Anita Vasudevan and Alex Maki, paralegal specialist Bill Boyle, and transactional quantitative analyst Brian Mitchell led the Cooley team advising Baya Systems.
