Cooley Again Named Among Top Firms for Diverse Partnership Representation
Palo Alto – July 28, 2023 – In Law360’s 2023 Diversity Snapshot report, Cooley was ranked #3 among law firms with more than 600 lawyers, based on the diverse representation of its partnership. Cooley also ranked in the top 10 of all firms with more than 250 lawyers and in the top 25 of all firms surveyed.
Law360’s Diversity Snapshot evaluated more than 280 firms, ranking them based on their pipeline score, which accounts for how lawyer diversity often shrinks at each successive level of the hierarchy, despite the pool of available talent. The score also measures a firm’s percentage points above or below a set of benchmarks created using data from the American Bar Association and firms’ own headcounts.
Cooley is dedicated to maintaining a workplace that values and celebrates differences.
