Cooley Partner Recognized Among Top 100 Lawyers in Los Angeles

John-Paul Motley, partner in charge of Cooley’s downtown Los Angeles office, was included on the Los Angeles Business Journal’s Top 100 Lawyers 2023 list, which recognizes and honors the achievements of top lawyers within the Los Angeles business community. John-Paul was noted for his work representing public and private companies on matters ranging from initial public offerings and secondary offerings to high-yield, convertible and investment-grade debt issues.
