Cooley Partner Named on The Deal’s Top Women in Dealmaking List

San Francisco – June 2, 2022 – Cooley partner Jamie Leigh has been named on The Deal’s list of the top 60 women in dealmaking for the second consecutive year. This accolade recognizes exemplary women in the legal profession, with a focus on M&A, private equity, restructuring and activist investing. Leigh is a member of Cooley’s business department leadership team and co-chair of the firm’s M&A group.

The Deal looked to identify the women doing great things in the world of dealmaking, as well as in mentorship, thought leadership and advancing gender diversity. To be eligible, lawyers must be US-based partners who have shown the ability to navigate complex transactions, maintain strong client relationships, and/or lead in and out of the boardroom.
