GOGOX – HK$675 Million IPO
Hong Kong – June 24, 2022 – Cooley advised GOGOX, an online intracity logistics platform in Asia focused on the transportation of freight and goods in urban areas, on its HK$675 million (US$86 million) initial public offering of 3,120,000 shares (subject to an overallotment option to issue an additional 4,680,000 shares), which now trade on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Partners Michael Yu and Will Cai led the Cooley team advising GOGOX, which also included Lisa Yuan, Marcus Chen, Ying Liu, Keke Wu, Jasmine Li, April Wang, Cindy Pan, Shuaiwen Wang, Jieting Zhang and Freeda Li.
UBS, China International Capital Corporation, BOCOM International and ABCI Capital acted as joint sponsors and underwriters for the offering.
GOGOX operates in more than 340 cities across five countries and regions in Asia, including mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea and India. As owner and operator of two highly recognized, trusted brands – Kuaigou Dache and GOGOX – the company is the third-largest online intracity logistics platform in mainland China and the market leader in Hong Kong, according to market research company Frost & Sullivan.
