Amplify Partners Announces Two New Funds Totaling $700 Million

Palo Alto – June 15, 2022 – Cooley advised Amplify Partners, an early-stage venture capital firm dedicated to technical founders, on the formation of two new funds – Amplify Partners V and Amplify Select V – with a combined $700 million in capital. Lawyers John Dado, John Clendenin and Elizabeth Reese led the Cooley team advising Amplify Partners.

Amplify Partners V is the firm’s $400 million flagship early-stage fund. Amplify Select V, a $300 million fund, is designed to support existing Amplify Partners’ portfolio companies as they grow.

Headquartered in Menlo Park, California, Amplify Partners invests in tech founders applying computer science and machine intelligence to enterprise invention. Over the past decade, Amplify has invested in more than 100 companies building tech products.
