NVIDIA – $5 Billion Senior Unsecured Notes Offering
Palo Alto – June 30, 2021 – Cooley advised NVIDIA on its registered debt offering of $5 billion aggregate principal amount of investment grade senior unsecured notes. The offering consisted of $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 0.309% notes due 2023; $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 0.584% notes due 2024; $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 1.550% notes due 2028; and $1.25 billion aggregate principal amount of 2.000% notes due 2031.
