Adam Gershenson and Andrew Barr have received a mention as part of The American Lawyer's Litigation Daily Litigator of the Week Runners-Up and Shout Outs list for securing a win at the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit in a habeas case – which held that a defendants’ Confrontation Clause rights include not only the right to cross-examine a witness, but also the right to share with the jury the information the cross-examination reveals.
