Daily Journal Names Three Cooley Partners Top 100 Lawyers
The Daily Journal has recognized Cooley partners Charlie Kim, David Peinsipp and Travis LeBlanc on its annual Top 100 lawyers list, which celebrates leading lawyers in California who are conducting cutting-edge legal work and have made a significant impact in the industry.
As co-chair of Cooley's global capital markets practice group, Kim has served as either issuer's or investment banks' counsel on more than 60 completed public offerings since 2019, 21 of which were IPOs.
Peinsipp, partner and co-chair of Cooley’s global capital markets practice group, has built a career on taking disruptive companies public. He is one of the most active initial public offering lawyers in the country.
LeBlanc is vice-chair of Cooley's cyber, data and privacy practice and an authority on telecommunications and the regulation of emerging and disruptive technologies. In 2019, he was confirmed by the US Senate to membership on the US Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board.
