Uber – $1 Billion Senior Notes Offering

San Francisco – June 17, 2020 – Cooley advised Uber on its offering of $1 billion principal amount of 7.5% senior notes due 2025. Partners David Peinsipp, Siana Lowrey, Charlie Kim, Mischi a Marca, Michael Tollini and Jason Savich led the Cooley team.
